Is there an early cut off point with sushi? Good sushi is like fine wine - it goes down a treat and doesn't give you a hangover. But unlike vino there's a point early on when sushi gets a bit sickly and even one last withering glance at a sashimi roll starts your stomach bubbling.Without doubt, it's delicious, and looks pretty too. But it's way too easy to stray into nausea territory
